Some people collect experiences the way others collect trophies. Lance collects both, then hands the trophies to everyone around him.

At Concordia University he earned a Bachelor of Arts while rewriting the Stingers’ record book on the football field. His senior year? All-Canadian. The kind of honor that gets your name painted on the stadium wall. Straight out of school he was drafted by the Hamilton Tiger-Cats (CFL), where he spent several hard-hitting seasons proving he could lead under Friday-night lights in front of 30,000 screaming fans.

When the final whistle blew on his playing days, Lance didn’t retire; he just changed jerseys. He moved to Montreal and built a small empire of restaurants and bars that became the heartbeat of the city’s nightlife—places where celebrities fought for a table and regulars felt like family.

Oh, and fun fact while in Montreal: Lance is the guy who years ago introduced MLB icon Barry Bonds to his first wife, “Sun/ Sunny”– because even legends need a connector like Lance in their corner.

Eventually the mountains called. Out in Alberta he co-founded Off the Bench, the clothing brand that turned sideline swagger into streetwear gold, and spent years coaching high-school ball at Ross Sheppard, turning teenagers into men and good teams into provincial contenders.

Then 2020 hit. While the world panicked, Lance saw chess moves. He dove headfirst into global PPE procurement at the absolute peak of the crisis, forging iron-clad relationships with factories, ministries, and billion-dollar distributors across Asia, Europe, the Middle East, and North & South America. Today those same direct lines fuel GEO’s energy and commodity trading desk; deals most people couldn’t touch with a ten-foot pole close for Lance with a single phone call.

Entrepreneur, pro athlete, restaurateur, coach, global connector; Lance doesn’t just multitask, he wins at everything simultaneously, then buys the bar a round to celebrate.

He’s the rare human being who makes impossible things feel inevitable, and he does it all with a grin that says, “Relax, I’ve got this.”
